Serving the Southern region of NJ. Facilitating meaningful visits for children in foster care and their parents with the goal of reunification. Parents are involved with DCP&P and may have substance abuse, mental health, and domestic violence issues. Responsibilities include transporting children to and from visits, modeling and coaching parenting skills, facilitating appropriate interactions between parents and children, using counseling techniques for meaningful visits, and working collaboratively with DCP&P.

Bachelor's degree required.  Must have and maintain valid driver's license, have a good, safe driving record and use of insured vehicle.

 Family Ties:  Provide visit coaching techniques, including planning and debriefing visits with parents, to help improve parenting skills and interactions so reunification or permanency can occur.


Parent Support Services: Assist parents with their concrete and counseling needs so reunification with their children can occur.

  • Frequently required to stand, sit, walk, bend, use hands and arms and must occasionally lift up to 20 pounds.

  • Assume an active role in agency events.

  • Provides appropriate intervention strategies and adjusts services accordingly.
