What You'll Do:

• Coordinate with Supervisor and the Team for appointments and engagement with individuals in the community
• Discuss and resolve any barriers with Supervisor and Team to ensure that appropriate services for the individual are accessed
• Coordinate service linkage with internal and external partners to ensure the individual has the appropriate level of support
• Utilize Motivational Interviewing to engage individuals with a holistic and strength-based approach
• Navigate education and consultation with law enforcement
• Engage with family/loved ones and utilize the Intensive Family Support Services (IFSS) program to collaborate for support and services

What You Will Need

• Bachelors Degree with two years experience in the human services, psychology or related field
• Must have an possess a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle, and an acceptable driving record
• Professionalism and commitment to excellence in care
• Motivational Interviewing training and completion
• Complete the Crisis Intervention Team Training with six months
