What you'll do

Become familiar with and actively participates in the preparation and monitoring of the NFP budget to ensure appropriate use of funds

Assess and develop strategies to address knowledge and skill gaps of nurse home visitors and support staff.

Oversee and ensure timely and accurate data input and utilization of the web-based reports and other reports available through NFP

Read and interpret reports; share appropriately with team and partners

Ensure implementation of quality improvement strategies

Provide routine surveillance of potential client care incidents

Evaluate implementing agency outcomes and interventions

Develop and implement regular reflective practice supervision within the program and conduct field visits, both with frequency recommended by NFP

What you'll bring to the team

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required

Active NJ Registered Nurse license (in good standing) required

Experience in a management role

Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record
