We join together to provide a wide range of mental health, crisis services, parenting support, family-focused therapy, and residential programming.

How you can make an Impact

Our Youth Residential Program is an intensive therapeutic community home in which youth ages 11-17 receive 24-hour supervision and intensive treatment services in a trauma-informed treatment milieu, with a goal of transitioning to a lower level of service or reunification. The Therapist will provide individual and group therapy, attend treatment team meetings, provide appropriate intervention strategies, and adjust services accordingly. You will effectively engage and interact with clients, continually assesses clients' needs and develop and implement treatment and crisis plans development/debriefing with family/residents. The Youth Therapist will work collaboratively with coworkers and agency staff to effectively communicate and problem-solve.

What you'll bring to the team

  • Masters degree in counseling, social work, psychology or a related field and an active NJ license in good standing in one of the following: LAC, LSW, LAMFT, LPC, LCSW or LMFT
  • Professionalism and a commitment to excellence in care
  • Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
