What you'll do as a Therapist

- Provide professional care for youth ages 8-18 and their families

- Assist with therapy, group activities and transportation

- Participate in treatment, assessment and collaboration with the treatment team

- Provide culturally competent service delivery

- Participate in innovative initiatives designed to engage communities in care and treatment


What you'll do as a Supervisor

- Provides effective supervision of staff in accordance with established agency Supervision Protocols

- Provides case supervision and performance/professional development. This includes oversight of staff productivity and field supervision.

- Address performance issues with staff in a professional and timely manner.

- Ensure staff function in accordance with Program Manual and agency policies and procedures.

- Uses supervision effectively to explore professional development and training needs.

What you'll bring to the team

- Master's degree in social work, psychology or related field plus a minimum of one year of experience in the provision of youth mental health services.

- Willingness to work evening hours (approximately 12:00-8:00 PM)

- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record

- Professionalism and a commitment to excellence in care

- Bilingual a plus
