Functional Family Therapy (FFT) is an evidenced-based family intervention program for youth ages 11-18 who are experiencing behavioral and relational problems at home and in the community. FFT is an effective treatment for a wide range of behavioral and emotional problems such as symptoms of conduct and oppositional and defiant behaviors. The ideal candidate is flexible, has a desire to work within a collaborative team environment, and engage with families in the community setting.

What you'll do: Provide in-home therapeutic services to families located in Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem counties using an evidence-based clinical approach, provide culturally competent care to client population, collaborate with system partners as needed, and continuously assess client needs and adjust services accordingly

What you'll bring to the team: Master's degree in a relevant mental health discipline. Minimum of Associate Licensure Required (LAC/LSW/LAMFT); Must have strong clinical skills and a willingness to learn; Motivation and strong social skills to build healthy relationships with our clients and partner; Flexibility and passion for working with children/adolescents; Must have and maintain a valid driver's license, use of an insured vehicle and an acceptable driving record; Professionalism and a commitment to excellence in care; Must be willing to travel within Cumberland, Gloucester, and Salem counties to facilitate clinical sessions
