Paid Time Off

Full-time:

Holidays - New Years' Day, Martin Luther King Day, Independence Day, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.

Vacation*

  • 2 weeks per year, pro-rated for first 3 years of employment
  • 3 weeks per year, pro-rated for 4-5 years of employment
  • 4 weeks per year, pro-rated for 5 or more years of employment

Other Paid Time-off*

  • 5 days per year

Sick*

Full-time:

  • 12 days per year

Part-time:

  • 1 hour earned for every 30 hours worked

*Vacation, sick and other PTO is available upon completion of three months of continuous active employment.

Benefits

We offer a comprehensive benefits package that our employees can tailor to specific needs. Some benefits are provided at no costs; others require the employee to share the cost of the benefit, or pay the full cost at group rates.

All full-time staff are eligible. Employees may enroll the first of the month following 30 days of continuous service.

We offer a HDHP and a HMO Plus plan. The plan is employee/employer paid and is available through Aetna.

Dental

We offer a DHMO and PPO. Plans are employee/employer paid and are available through Aetna.

Vision

We offer Aetna vision, employee paid.

Flexible Spending Account

Pre-tax deductions for medical and dependent day care expenses.

Life and Long Term Disability

Employer paid, provided by Cigna.

Retirement

401(k) - Employee must be employed for a period of one month and auto-enrollment will begin the first pay of the following month.  Agency makes discretionary matching contributions, which is determined annually.
